Yul Kaseman is a Wharton-trained leader with a B.S. in Economics and more than 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and business development across multiple industries. She excels at turning vision into measurable results, doubling revenue, repositioning firms as trusted client partners, and building high-performing teams.

From founding Kaseman Associates to advise startups and firms with more than $1 billion in AUM on capital raising initiatives, to leading global interest rate and prime brokerage sales teams at Morgan Stanley, to driving operational excellence as COO and Chief of Staff at Bright Architecture, she has consistently built collaborative, high-performing organizations.

Colleagues commend her for her clear, inclusive communication style and ability to connect effectively with executives, staff, clients, and stakeholders. She combines strategic discipline with emotional intelligence, building trust, aligning diverse perspectives, and mentoring with empathy to guide change, mitigate risk, and drive successful outcomes.

Having grown up between Korea and the United States, Yul is fluent in Korean and conversant in French and Japanese.
